A day’s outing in Macon

The reason why I chose Lyon as my home base when I moved from London in my quest of knowledge of wine was its centrality. Lyon sits snug between 2 of the greatest wine producing regions of France - Burgundy in the immediate north and the Rhone Valley in the immediate south.
